2. Eligibility

4. Course Enrollment and Access

4.1 Course Purchase

• All course prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Payment must be completed before accessing course materials
• We accept payments via Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, and Wallet
• Applicable taxes will be added to the course price

4.2 Access to Content

• Once enrolled, you have lifetime access to purchased courses (unless otherwise stated)
• Subscription-based courses require active subscription for access
• Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not share, distribute, or resell course materials
• Live sessions may have limited replay availability

4.3 Course Completion

• Certificates are issued upon successful course completion
• You must complete all required modules and assessments
• Certificates verify completion, not professional qualification
• We reserve the right to revoke certificates if terms are violated

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Course Refunds

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• You must have completed less than 30% of the course content
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• Subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins
• Bundle courses and discounted purchases may have different refund policies

5.2 Career Counselling Sessions

• Session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable
• No-shows are non-refundable
• Rescheduling is subject to counsellor availability

5.3 Live Session Refunds

• If a live session is cancelled by us, you receive a full refund or rescheduling option
• Recording access is provided for missed sessions where available
• Technical issues on your end do not qualify for refunds

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Platform Content

• All course materials, videos, quizzes, and content are owned by AVskill or licensed to us
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
• Unauthorized download or distribution is strictly prohibited
• The AVskill logo, trademarks, and branding are our property

6.2 User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit (discussion posts, reviews, etc.)
• By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others' rights
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or is inappropriate

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Download or copy course materials for redistribution
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack our systems
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or instructors
• Post spam, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Engage in any activity that disrupts platform functionality
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization

8. Live Sessions and Virtual Classrooms

• Live sessions are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or WebRTC
• You must have a stable internet connection and compatible device
• Recording of live sessions by students is prohibited without instructor consent
• Disruptive behavior during live sessions may result in removal
• Attendance and participation may be tracked for certificate eligibility
• We are not responsible for third-party platform (Zoom/Google Meet) outages

9. Career Counselling and Psychometric Tests

9.1 Career Counselling

• Counselling sessions are for guidance purposes only
• We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or job placements
• Counsellor recommendations are advisory, not binding
• You are responsible for making your own career decisions

9.2 Psychometric Tests

• Test results are for informational and guidance purposes only
• Results should not be used as the sole basis for major life decisions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of test results
• Test data is used to provide personalized course recommendations

10. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services:

• Payment Gateways: Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal
• Video Conferencing: Zoom, Google Meet
• Analytics: Google Analytics
• Email Services: For notifications and communications

We are not responsible for the practices or failures of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily disrupt access
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

11.2 Course Content

• Course content is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or job placements
• Instructors are responsible for their course content accuracy

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVskill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AVskill, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
